Accounts Receivable Accountant - Teleperformance

Order to Cash

1) Customer Set up in ERP by following Business Policy and compliant processes

2) Ensure correct processing and timely creation of customer Invoices

3) Resolve AR Invoices queries

4) Preparing, processing and/or follow up of supporting documents for AR Invoices / Credits

5) Preform Cash Application

6) Customer Account Reconciliation to ensure balances are correct

7) Follow up with Customer for timely payment

8) Ability to identify Process Improvement opportunities

Job 2:

Media Bill

1) Media Client data Set up in ERP by following Business Policy and compliant processes

2) Provide 3rd party invoices with supporting to the Media Operations team

3) Perform vouching and confirm all third-party documentation provided matches the Client campaign booked and the media plan

4) Generate Unbilled Media Report monthly and add appropriate commentary for any Client billing not actioned

5) Identify unapproved or queried Unbilled Media and liaise with the appropriate contacts to resolve the issues

6) Export the spend from the media reports module and identify unbilled media

7) Post auto accrual through financial adjustment screen to General Ledger, with applicable supporting documentation and authorised approval

8) Ability to identify Process Improvement opportunities

9) Request Client credit note be raised, identifying items to be credited

10) Raise CN/DN from Media Module to post accounting entries
