Position Summary & Key Areas Of Responsibility

• Responsible for general ledger and supervision of account payable
• Perform monthly reconciliation of account payables subsidiary ledger to the general control accounts
• Analyze and reconcile accounts to the general ledger on monthly basis; generate monthly trial balance; prepare year-end accruals and adjustments; prepare and reverse entries and closes the general ledger
• Participate in the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing process for the company
• Participate in Balance sheet reconciliation on monthly basis
• Prepare the annum report on the physical count of fixed assets
• Prepare bank reconciliation for the company bank accounts on monthly basis
• Generate cash management analyses
• Ensure that business cash flow adequately supports company work activities and produces optimal results
• Assist the Finance Manager in managing internal and external audit
• Responsible for inventory spare parts

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or in a relevant field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English
• 3+ years of related work experience in related field
• Experience in ERP system
