Job Description
Associate, Accounting - Consolidation and Reporting - Orange
about the role
Assist in preparing the consolidated financial statements according to Egyptian GAAP.
Prepare monthly closing entries for ECMS subsidiaries.
Validate and update on a regular basis Horizon reports which support the accuracy of Orange reporting package.
Assist in preparing and validating Magnitude actual packages showing the financial results in Orange format according to IFRS.
Prepare the financial analysis and ratios of the monthly financial statements and justify abnormal trends.
Collect and validate monthly financial statements backup from different departments to ensure the accuracy of supporting documentation.
Assist in preparing SOX controls related to the closing process (FRCP) to enhance the control environment.
Assist in handling the FS publication in the newspapers and validate the figures.
Assist in the monitoring the monthly closing process.
Provide information for and assist the company auditors in completing their audit tasks.
Carry out any other duties, which may be requested by the Head of Consolidation and Reporting.
about you
Education
Bachelor degree of commerce; major Accounting from a recognized university.
Experience
0 to 1 year experience in the accounting field.
skills
Very good English both spoken and written.
Very good command of Microsoft office application.
Hard worker, well organized and good team player.
Good communication and reporting skills.
