Zicaza is Hiring:
Sales Engineer:-
Responsible for tender/estimation activities ensuring timely, competitive and high-quality tender submission
Plan prospects list and set meetings with potential clients
Ensures project documentation is compiled and communicated to relevant stakeholders including but not limited to: Time schedule, execution methodology, organizational structure, general and particular conditions of the Contract, BOQ’s and total cost of the project, cash flow proposal, design drawings, financial proposal and specifications and any other tender documentation
Prepare/ revise comparison sheet of related subcontractors/ suppliers offers
Communicate thoroughly with customers regarding RFI’s and clarifications
Delivering applicable solutions to meet client needs by presenting products and services that would be beneficial to the clients, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the tendering process whilst working to tight deadlines
Follow up with the technical office and design team to ensure all deadlines are met and all drawings are in accordance to the client requirements
Site visits + site visit reports
Provides feedback on the performance of suppliers in order to determine whether or not they should be approached to provide their offers for future tenders
Reviewing the contractual and legal tender terms and conditions
Identifying potential risks
Reviewing the time schedule for bid study
Provide feedback on our competitors
Design Engineer:

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor Degree In Architect , fine arts , applied arts, Civil Engineering
Experience: 0 – 3 years experience
Computer Skills: Micro Soft Office – Outlook – AutoCad - Sketch up
