Senior Treasury Officer - Siemens

Job Title: Senior Treasury Officer

Location: Egypt, Cairo

As a member of the Treasury Team, you will have the responsibility to control and support the financial risks, Cash Management activities and provide first-class treasury services to the Entities and ensure process execution according to standardized treasury processes.

What are my responsibilities?

• Risk, Financing, and Cash Management duties according to process handbook
• Support in execution of Foreign Exchange (spot) and Money Market transactions
• Provide Currency management risk advisory towards divisions during and after the bidding and execution project phase
• Monitoring of limits for FX risks
• Complete monthly closing tasks such as revaluation and allocation of derivatives
• Aggregation of Net Foreign Currency Position
• Preparation of monthly Liquidity planning report and send it to the CFO, follow up with BUs the reporting of the LQP and correctness of the figures reported
• Check plausibility of liquidity and cash forecasts
• Provide the bank with supporting documents related to any foreign currency payments as per Central Bank regulations
• Bank Account Administration (opening, closing, bank accounts maintenance, authorized signatories, ..etc)
• Trade finance advisory for the business
  
  

What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Strong academic history, including a degree in Finance or Accounting
• Relevant professional 3-5 years’ experience in corporate treasury especially on hedging topics
• Banking experience desirable and ability to work with a variety of different cultures
• Fluent English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Required skills: Business competence, Communication Skills, Customer Focus, Professional ethics, Strong analytical skills, Proactive attitude with strong learning capability
