Recruitment Specialist is required for one of the reputable Recruitment Company in Nasr_ City
Requirement
1. BSc in Human Resources Management or Relevant degree.
2. Background in Oil & gas, construction, Technical industry is a #Must
3. has previous experience in overseas agency is prefer
4. 2- 3 years experience in the same position
5. Gender: Male & Female
6. Proven work experience in Technical Sourcing.
7. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Hiring databases.
8. Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
9. Screen applicants’ resumes against position specifications and conduct initial / final interviews in coordination
with the requesting Clients.
10. Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
11. Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
12. Salary: Negotiable.
