 Position: Site Accountant
– Site / Constructions Background
– 3-5 years Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

Job Requirements:
1) Create project accounts in the accounting system.
2) Authorize access to project accounts.
3) Authorize the transfer of expenses into and out of project-related accounts.
4) Review and approve timesheets for work related to a project.
5) Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for projects.
6) Create or approve all project-related billings to customers.
7) Respond to requests for more detail from the Project Manager.
8) Approve the write-off of any project-related billings that cannot be billed to or collected from customers.
9) Close out project accounts upon project completion.
10) Responsible for approving projects Financial expanses.
11) Organize work regulations inside the site.
12) Following up with the warehouse inside the site.
