— Responsibilities:
1) Assemble, review and verify invoices and check requests.
2) Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices.
3) Set invoices up for payment.
4) Enter and upload invoices into the system.
5) Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records.
6) Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
7) Maintain vendor files.
8) Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries.
9) Assist with month-end closing.
10) Provide supporting documentation for audits.
11) Maintain accurate historical records.
12) Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
