Techno Cloud is hiring Customer Support Specialist (CS & Moderation) to join our team in cair office
Job type: Full time (Morning shift)
Working days: Sunday to Thursday (8 hrs)

requirements:
1- Very good command of English
2- Previous experience as customer service or social media moderator
3- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
4- Patience when handling clients and abilt to jandle Multitasking smoothly
5- Maadi residents are preferred
