Enerdyn Global is looking for:

Senior Accountant

(Oil & Gas or Construction Experience)

Main RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Review and approve supplier invoices as per terms of the contract/PO and facilitate timely payments to suppliers
• Oversee and manage the weekly interface in a timely manner
• Review the weekly batch payments including cheques and wire-transfers. Verify the accuracy and supporting documentation prior to Management approval
• Review and approve the monthly cash call projection and ensure payments are within the acceptable limits of the monthly projection.
• Regular review, report and follow up on outstanding creditor balances, supplier statements and liaise with suppliers for dispute resolution.
• Oversee the treasury function. Ensure all bank transactions are recorded on a timely basis. Review bank reconciliations and scrutinize and clear reconciling items
• Prepare monthly revenue invoices and record revenue journals
• Ensure all receipts are recorded in a timely manner
• Support audit requirements both internal and external by providing required information to auditors and providing assistance to the audit team as and when required during the audit
• Lead the VAT compliance including computation of liability, return filling and refunds on quarterly basis.
• Tax & Compliance duties as required
• Make the annual reports
• Make the Budget

Education & Experience required
• Experience from 7 to 10 years
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting from a reputable university.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry or Construction field is must

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

– Ability to attend outdoor meetings.
