(Senior Site Mechanical Engineer )
Avalanche Contracting Company” is one of the leading Electromechanical Contracting companies, serving the Egyptian Market since 2008 . Avalanche is specialized in HVAC, Firefighting & Fire Alarm Contracting projects with long list of projects executed in Egypt.

Job Description:-
– Manage and develop assigned staff toward maximum job performance and career potential.
– Understand and administer contract and subcontract agreements.
– Provide leadership to project team.
– Establish, update the Project Schedule and manage its implementation.
– Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.
– Control (QA/QC) program.
– Provide leadership in risk evaluation, contract negotiations, fee and pricing decisions.
– Ensure successful achievement of project mission statement and goals and be responsible for all day-to-day activities.
– Follow up with various departments within the company in all Project related matters of the operation of the Project.
– Responsible for planning and scheduling of all major activities of the Project to achieve timely completion of the Project.
– Ensure the timely submittal of all project submittals and obtaining approvals. (Samples, Shop Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs etc.)

– Job Requirements:-
-more than 6 years of experience in MEP Construction Projects .
– Bachelors degree in Mechanical Power.
– specialized in HVAC, Firefighting & Fire Alarm.
– Project management software proficient
– Effective communication skills to interface with both clients and field staff.
