“Senior Project Manager (Team Leader) in high voltage substation”
General Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- At least 15 years of proven experience in the same field. preferred in (Power substations)
-high technical experience in his field
-Leadership and managerial skills.
-Problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work to deadlines and within budgets.
-Ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while attending to detailed technicalities.
-Ability to lead a team, distribute workloads, monitor, and develop team members.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Designing and implementing systems to improve efficiency and sustainability.
-Keeping up to date with the latest regulations in his field.
-Analyzing and interpreting data and information.
-Detail-Oriented.
-Computer Skills.
-Multi-Tasking.
