E-commerce Specialist
Duties :
*Managing and executing the e-commerce orders cycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks in terms of order tracking, shipping status, and delivery on the e-commerce platform & social media.
*Monitoring the day-to-day activity on the site & social media and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty.
*Seek out new clients and develop clientele by networking to find new customers and generate lists of prospective clients.
*Managing site development and updates for the e-commerce side of the business.
*Write and edit product content that will be published on e-Commerce websites/Apps.
*Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance.
*Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid social media.
*Analyzing and investigating price, demand, and competition.
Devising and presenting ideas and strategies and promotional activities and preparing weekly reports.
Requirements :
*Experience: 2-4 Years
*Flexibility in work hours during peak times
*A realistic person, who is quality and detail focused.
*Excellent analytical skills.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Experience with E-commerce platform.
