Wireless LTE Technical Support Engineer is needed

Job Description:
- Handle Customer Requests related to wireless Network LTE Products
- Troubleshooting and handling customer requests according to Dept. workflow and regulations.
- Accept Customer Request, Respond & resolve them quickly & effectively according to SLA. 
- Working in shifts if needed.
- If assigned; participate in Projects & acceptance testing Inside/outside Egypt.
- Participate in meetings /Presentations within the TAC organization to provide technical perspective of Wireless Network Product line.
- If assigned; provide Technical Supervision/tutoring for staff.

We request:
- 2-4 years experience in telecom field, technical support background is a plus.
- Bachelor degree in Telecommunications Engineering
- Fluent in English reading and writing.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- High ability of fast learning and practice.
- Team worker, Good attitude and self motivated.
- Excellent Analytical Skills
- Familiar and Excellent understanding for wireless network Structure for LTE network.
-Good Background in LTE networks optimization and performance enhancement 
-Familiar and Excellent in LTE network Structure , Service and Signaling Flow
- Familiar with mobile technology "GSM, UMTS" equipment, hierarchy and Flow.
- Huawei wireless Network equipment awareness is a plus. - Has ability to make self study for new topics to enhance his experience. 
- Ability to work in a team, professionally and personally with different reporting schemes.
