Tax Manager - Majorel

Main Responsibilities:

• Handling and managing tax inspection with the companies and the tax authorities.
• Facilitate and manage the preparation, review, and inspections companies tax returns and the accurate, timely filing of all tax forms.
• Ensure accurate, timely filing of local income tax returns and other business-related filings.
• Find and implement opportunities for process improvement in company tax procedures.
• Develop and implement strategic tax planning for all necessary taxes.
• Ensure uploading companies tax return over tax authority web portal.
• Identify and mitigate tax risks
• Maintain tax balances on general ledger
• Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
• Maintain effective control procedures over all aspects of the tax process.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory tax law developments, communicate the effects of these developments to management and the tax team and create strategies to capitalize on changes to taxation legislation.

Main Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience
• Experience as a Legal Accountant
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills
• Analytical skills with detail orientation & Problem solving mindset
• Proven experience of handling tax Authority portal
• Excellent English
