Leading Retail Company for Luxury Brand, located in Cairo – Egypt is currently hiring
B2B Sales Manager – HORECA
Job Description
· Meet and exceed all agreed sales targets set by Management.
· Supervise B2B team in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
· Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
· Work closely and effectively with the marketing team when needed in order to ensure that all B2B contracts are delivered at a high standard and in due time.
· Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
· Coordinate and Supervise project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
· Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationship.
· Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
· Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
· Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
· Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
· Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
· Attend trade shows and conferences and follow up the stock inventory.
· Provide weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
· Organize and attend client meetings both internally and externally
· Identify prospective customers by using business directories,follow leads from existing clients,
· Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products and services can meet these needs
· Help customers select products based on the customers’ needs, product specifications,
· Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities
· Answer customers’ questions about product knowledge, prices, availability, and product uses
· Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements
· Follow up on quotations with clients until the orders are delivered
· Sending samples to clients and making sure to retrieve them after the sale process has ended
· Prepare sales contracts and approved by the direct manager
· Follow up with subordinates to exchange information, such as B2B system, prices, product knowledge, selling strategies and marketing information
· Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their purchases and to answer any questions or concerns
Job Requirements
· 10+ years of experience
· Experience in HORECA is A MUST.
· Cairo Resident, Male / Female
· Age bracket 35-45
· Excellent command of English Language.
· Excellent standard of Computer Skills.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Having a car is a must.
· 7 to 10 years’ experience as a manager.
