CPAS is looking for an “HVAC Design Engineer”
Responsibilities:
• Develop Life Cycle Cost Analysis during conceptual design to evaluate various HVAC systems.
• Perform analysis and calculations for facility HVAC and plumbing designs.
• Responsible for creating and developing refrigeration and heating systems for hospital, residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
• Produce the required design drawings/shop drawings for designed HVAC systems.
• Coordinate with other discipline works and producing composite layouts after solving different clashes aiming to produce zero-clash models.
• Perform AC load estimation calculations and ventilation calculations as per the relevant codes and building requirements.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical power/Mechatronics Engineering.
• 5-10 years of experience in the same filed
• Experience in consultant companies is a must
• Familiar with all HVAC systems design, procurement and site works.
• On hands working experience with Revit and other design software.
• Familiar with local market and have good knowledge of the materials/equipment suppliers.
• Familiar with international and Egyptian codes and standards.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Very good command of written & spoken English.
• Full awareness of all related design software
