- Job Description
Creativity and ability to handle diverse and complex architectural projects.
Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict related to MEP.
Good background in building materials and construction methods.
Good skills in supervising under progress sites.
Support prepare BOQ and Specs.
Prepare and follow-up technical queries between the Company/Consultants.
Participate in resolving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise.
Study the project contract documents (time schedule, project design drawings, BOQ, etc.
-Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering (Ain shams/ Cairo University is preferable).
Ability to produce technical drawings.
Experience 1-3 years.
High skills in digital software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D max, MS office.
Good English language skills (written and spoken).
