System Administrator

Job Purpose:-

• We are looking for a System Administrator to maintain upgrade and manage our software hardware.

• Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly.

• You should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

• Your goal will be to ensure that our technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities : -

• Installing and upgrading UNIX and Linux system software on company servers and computers.

• Creating UNIX and Linux file systems.

• Setting up and maintaining UNIX and Linux user accounts and access management systems.

• Implementing network and computer system policies.

• Detecting and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.

• Responding to user requests and software errors.

• Monitoring the performance of the system and server.

• Applying patches and upgrades when necessary.

• Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure

• Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection disaster recovery and failover procedures

• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics documenting problems and resolutions prioritizing problems and assessing impact of issues.

Job Requirements :-

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or related field.

• at least 3 years of experience as a UNIX and Linux System Administrator.

• Knowledge of UNIX and Linux and operating systems storage environments file systems and network protocols.

• Detailed knowledge of UNIX and Linux principles file editing UNIX and Linux commands and file manipulation.

• Familiarity with Windows UNIX LINUX and LINUX shell scripting.

• Knowledge of networking principles including routing subnets TCP IP VLANs and UDP.

• Excellent troubleshooting skills.

• Knowledge of system security and data backup/recovery .

System Administrator

Job Responsibilities : -

• Install and configure DNS/DHCP/File/Print/WSUS services

• Install and manage Active Directory Group policies. Clustering

• load balancing and troubleshooting technical problems involving software and operating systems

• Repair and troubleshooting Windows Operating Systems (Windows Server 2008 2012 2016) Microsoft and other business applications.

• Provide Tier 3 support to our clients if needed

• Maintain user definitions and user authorizations (new changes and deletions) and shares services

• Demonstrated knowledge in: Software installation troubleshooting for Windows environments

• Troubleshoot advanced issues related to Active directory topology and related features with multi-site and multi domain environment

• File Server – Security Permissions Quotation.

• MS Exchange to manage users mailboxes setting (quota permissions etc.)

• MS Azure and office365 administration.

• should have expertise in designing implementation optimization and maintenance of cloud based systems for business.

CITRIX Administrator

• Administration Troubleshooting Citrix XenApp v.7.6 and 7.15.

• Identify troubleshoot and resolve the cause of all clients and Storefront issues

• Identify and troubleshoot Citrix instance performance and service failures issues.

• publish All core banking applications on Citrix environment

• Mange and Troubleshooting profile issues for all users

• Manage and create Citrix polices for (scanners printers customer signature.

• Daily monitor and verifies all virtual instances are running smoothly

• Manage High Availability (HA) options for Delivery Controller and storefront management servers

• Configuring and administering Netscaler Load Balance Services Virtual servers and GSLB Configuring

• Certificate Integration within the server environment

SCCM Admin

• Manage implement and troubleshoot Microsoft SCCM

• Update and deployment all windows servers OS and apps using SCCM 2016 and.

Job Requirements :-

• Bachelor degree from engineering (computer or communications)

• 3 years providing System Administrator and end-user support in financial field is a plus

• MCSE/MCSA courses-2016 or later.

Network Engineer

Job Purpose

• To maintaining and administering our banks computer networks. maintenance of computer networks hardware software and other related systems performing disaster recovery operations protecting data software and hardware from attacks and replacing faulty network hardware components when necessary working closely with the users of our network in order to identify potential issues and fix existing problems.

• understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. implement administer and troubleshoot network devices including WAPs firewalls routers switches and controllers.

Job Responsibilities:-

• Maintaining and administering computer networks and related computing environments

• Performing disaster recovery operations

• Troubleshooting diagnosing and resolving hardware software and other network and system problems.

• Replacing faulty network hardware components when required.

• Conferring with network users about solving existing system problems.

• Operating master consoles to monitor the performance of networks.

• Designing configuring and testing networking software.

• Awareness of how Data Center equipments work.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Communications / Computer Engineering / Computer science with a network engineering focus.

• Cisco certifications (CCNA CCNP)

• Data Center Networking (ACI OTV NSX)

• 3 Years of experience in Networking Data Center.

• Good Knowledge in Networking preferably CISCO products and technologies

• Routing & Switching (Routing protocols such as EIGR POSPF BGP)

• Network Security techniques (Encryption dot1x) .

• A deep knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols is highly desired.
