About the job

• Preparing Journal entries and maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts.
• Preparing bank and petty cash reconciliation
• Dealing with the banks
• Preparing expenses reimbursements
• Preparing financial analysis and Tax reports.
• Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.
• Assisting with annual audit preparations.
• Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
• Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
• Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports
• Organizing cash transactions .
• Validate payment through banks.
• Review personnel transactions.
• Follow-up on regular payments and office facilities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and required knowledge of Google Sheets, Docs, Microsoft Office, and other applications related to finance and accounting.
• English proficiency.
• 3+ years of accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of tax laws, tax reports, and IFRS.
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with intercompany transactions and reconciliation in preparation for audit for at least 1 year
• Thorough understanding of financial application security ensuring that all financial data is secure and complies with confidentiality policies.
• Involvement in business registration with government agencies.
