Immediate hiring for a Construction project located in New Cairo for a vacancy (Site Cost Accountant) with the below qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Auditing
· Experience (5 Years) as a Site Accountant
· Excellent Microsoft Office (Excel, word).
· Previous experience in a construction company is a MUST.
· Experience in financial reporting
· Excellent experience in accounts verification including accounts payables
· Experience and knowledge in SAP- ERP system is a MUST

Job Responsibilities:

· Allocate costs in respect to the actual implementation of the project and in reference to the construction agreement bill of quantities (POQs)
· Provide daily progressive report for the construction project budget including each line item versus the actual expenses, as well as tracking all payments and expenditure from SAP
· Maintain project-related records, including contracts and change orders
· Report to management regarding the remaining line item available in each line item from the project budget
· Coordinate with the project manager for proper allocation of the project expenses, including preparing an analysis of each line item accounts
· Review invoices and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval from the project manager and enter the data on SAP for approval and posting
· Verification of the site petty cash custody
· Corresponds with the vendor and reply to their inquiries
· Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for financial reporting
