Bachelor Degree in Computer science / equivalent field
Experience Required:
From: 2-4 experience in a relevant filed.
Duties:-
1. Administer office facilities, network issues, and customer computer problems
2. Implementing & executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks, operating system.
3. Maintains excellent communication with the Supervisor on all tasks and Projects
4. Diagnose, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software Installation, Configuration, Upgrading
5. Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial action taken, and installation activities.
6. Prepare for and Implement Disaster Recovery Solutions
7. Undertake all IT equipment installations, configuration, and maintenance according to vendor’s documentations, best business practices and company procedures.
8. Ensure the environment for IT equipment is secured and maintained within manufacturer’s specifications and in accordance with the DSC’s IT framework.
9. Update IT assets records as appropriate.
10. Provide 1st level user support for hardware and business software applications.
11. Maintain a log for incidents and down-time.
12. Escalate problems to the Network Administrator.
13. Be aware of Global and local policies and procedures related to the job.
14. Promote the End User Policy.
