RE MAX AB PROPERTY - a part of International Real Estate Company- is hiring a HR Generalist (Real Estate Field Experienced)

Location : New Cairo.

Job Description :-

Responsible for the recruitment activities in terms of different advertisement tools, CV screening, phone screening, interviewing candidates, coordinating interviews.
Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Assist with payroll and ad-hoc HR projects.
Attendance Management.
Assist the HR department in any needed tasks.
Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
Manage the social insurance issues and offices.
Maintains personnel files in compliance with Egyptian labor law.
Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor offices, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and building a strong relationship with them.
Responsible for Archiving and reviewing employee files.
Follow up, prepare everything that belongs to the insurance office like sick leaves and insurance form 1, 6, 2.


Job Requirements :-

Bachelor Degree.
Experience in Real Estate is a must.
2-3 years of experience.
Excellent in Microsoft Office.
Very Good in English and Computer Skills.
Professional Attitude and very good communication skills.
Ability to work and handle in a dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills.
