Senior Technical Office Engineer - Steel Structure

Job Description

Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc., Prepare RFI to send it to the consultant
Prepare Design Drawing.
Prepare shop drawings.
Site visit if needed.
Set the mobilization plan of the project based on the project requirements.
Prepare a monthly procurement and financial plan, Review material log
Follow-up and review the shop drawings and the as-built drawings before project closure, and review it with the consultant
Coordinate with other trades to solve any conflict between various Engineering disciplines.
Follow up and Implement the action plan in order to meet the deadline (shop drawing – QS – invoices –


Job Requirements

Bachelor's in civil engineering.
5 to 7 Years of experience in a technical office dealing with contracting companies
CAD / Revit / Sab / Etabs / Tekla Expert.
Mastering different drawing tools.
High team work skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
