II-Job Summary

One of the main tasks is to handle cashier duties, receiving and logging supplier invoices, data entry

and filling for the accounting and finance department.

III-Relationships

Reports to Senior Accountant

Supervises NA

Deals with All departments in the Company, and external suppliers.

HSE Duties

IV-Responsibilities & Duties

• Fully complying and adhering to Fugro SAE QHSE management system.
• Stop any dangerous situations that may lead to a fatality or any type of incident.
• Put all required efforts as well as commitment to meet the FSAE HSE Goal Zero Accidents.
  
  

Receiving and logging all supplier invoices. Sending Supplier invoices to various departments for checking and approval. Following up on these invoices with various departments in case they were not approved on the spot. Data Entry in the Company’s Accounting system. Responsible for all the department’s filing. Support the AR lead with the daily collection process.

V-Standards Of Performance

The employee will be measured against a set of annually designed Key performance indicators that he or she has to fulfill by end of the appraised year

VI-Working Conditions & Physical Environment

The company’s hours of work are 08 30 am to 05 00 pm, with a half-hour lunch break, Sunday to Wednesday, and 08 30 am to 04 30 pm on Thursdays. You may occasionally be required to work longer hours as may be required by your duties.

Leaves entitled are not less than what is specified in the Egyptian labor law.

VII-Job Specifications

Graduation Qualifications Bachelor degree in accounting

Working Experience One year is preferred but not mandatory.
