Real Estate AR Accountant

Duties and responsibilities:
• Meet daily operations of the account’s receivables team.
• Checking and posting of receipts to accounting systems
• Complete month end/year end book closing
• To ensure the closing of sub ledgers and produce all reports on a timely basis
• Analyze the debtors aging, clients and initiate follow up on overdue outstanding
• Interact with Legal department for action on defaulters.
• Negotiating re-payment plans
• Proactively address receivables issues and correct any discrepancies
• Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure all audit schedules are prepared with accuracy, reconciling with account balances as well as answering all audit queries and close all open items from the audit findings
• Support sales for the preparation of launch payment plan and monthly payment plan pre-launch and post launch activities including the accounting setup in oracles.
• Ensure maintain updates records
• Collaborate with collections department to reconcile on periodic basis.
• Report all ad-hoc request within expected time frames
• Identify areas of improvement to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Follow-up clients' transfers daily and hand them over to the responsible bank for registration.
• Follow-up and collection of returned checks with customers.

Qualifications:
• +3 years of experience in real estate.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• ERP system experience
