Account managers are needed for Social Peak
Location : Maadi
Job description :
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing clients in person and via telephone calls and emails
Manage the internal traffic of the current accounts, set priorities with internal teams and follow up to meet the tasks deadlines
Revise the final product of the task before sending to the client
Update and coordinate with the financial department and follow up on financial status of existing clients
Create appropriate briefs to the internal departments for the tasks.
Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries
Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential clients
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Creating detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
Handle online PR projects for existing clients
Revise technical presentations.
Create digital analysis for upcoming clients.
Coordinate with different suppliers and agencies.
Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
