 IT Technical support
Job Requirements
• Installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications (MS Dynamics 365)
• Providing support in the form of procedural documentation.
• Have ERP Concept.
• Managing multiple cases at one time.
• Testing and evaluating new technologies.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Consult with users and management to conduct information assessments to determine user
needs and search for appropriate solutions to meet business requirements.
• Manage the ability to continue providing a pre-determined & agreed level of IT services.
• Works under general direction from senior management and provide different reports
Education and experience:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of experience.
Technical skills:
• Experience in Support MS Dynamics 365.
• Experience in Support MS Office 365.
• Manage Firewall Fortigate and access points.
• Support Employees (Hardware-Software).
• Ability to research and learn new software packages and fast enough to learn new technologies.
• Have Network Communication concept.
Soft skills:
• Creative skills to identify and define user enterprise needs and turn them into workable plans and automate processes.
• Excellent command of English.
• Fast learner with high internet searching capabilities.
• Proactive with strong self-management skills to juggle multiple tasks and priorities within the
constraints of timelines and budgets.
• Capable of delivering high quality work in terms of time and accuracy.
From New Cairo OR Maddi will be Preferred and open to work ASAP.
