Accounts Payable Accountant - Cartona

What We Are Looking For

In this role, you will provide day to day processing of accounts payable transactions for payment authorizations. Provide administrative and general operations support, filing, report preparation and query-handling services.

Location: Head Office- Dokkie

Your Day In a Nutshell Might Include

• Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
• Preparing contractor payment requests/clearances
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
• Maintaining historical records
• Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing pay checks
• Paying vendors by scheduling pay checks and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit; generally responding to all vendor enquiries regarding finance.
• Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
• Respond to all vendors’ enquiries.
• Review account payable invoices and expense reports for proper level of authority approvals, submit to due dates, and correctness of terms, account numbers and other prescribed information.

You Fit The Bill If

• You have Bachelor degree in Accounting
• You have 1 to 3 years experience in similar role
