Plastic Manufacturing Looking for:
Senior General Accountant

Job Description
1. Keeping track of all payments and expenditures, including payroll, purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc.
2. Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Maintaining historical records.
3. Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing payments.
4. Paying vendors by scheduling payments and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit.
5. Generally responding to all vendors’ inquiries regarding financial issues.
6. Preparing analysis of accounts and producing monthly reports.
7. Continuing to improve the payment process post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records.
8. Assist with month end closing provide supporting documentation for audits.

Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Commerce or similar
3 : 5 years of experience in accounting

Skills and Abilities:
· Good experience as an ERP System user (is a must)
· Excellent command of Microsoft office
· Good understanding of accounting and reporting standards.
· Good Command of English written and spoken
· Clear ability to handle multiple priorities
· October residence as preferred
