‐ Real Estate Experience is a MUST.

‐ 12-15 years of experience in accounting and financial analysis. (Proven experience as a finance manager)

‐ Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.

‐ Ability to synthesize large quantities of complex data into actionable information.

‐ Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners.

‐ Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
