Job Description
• Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them on a steady basis.
• Supervise day-to-day operations in the customer service department.
• Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
• Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on your findings.
• Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
• Stay informed on the latest industry techniques and methods.
• Manage the team of the customer service and tele sales department.
Qualification Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
• Good command of English skills and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication skills and effective leadership skills.
• Location/ Sheraton Cairo.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a customer service position.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
• Good understanding of management practices and techniques.
• Must be experience (CRM Project) A minimum of 5 years.
• Must be experience Microsoft Dynamics CRM
