Job description
Draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts strategy.
Establish and maintain client relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters
Manage all contract-related correspondence and documentation
Provide contract-related issue resolution, both internally and externally
Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate
Communicate contract-related information to all stakeholders
Manage Contracting Strategy, and tender Documentation
Conduct Tenders Evaluation and negotiation of Contract Terms
Job Requirements:-
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Architecture or Civil
6 to 10 years previous experience in a similar role with A&E Consultants
Advanced technical writing and communication skills and fluency in the English language.
Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (ACIArb)
