Job Description
I’m Hiring an HR Manger for a Multinational company in the electric LV .MV field with the following JD and Qualifications :
Job Duties:
Ø Maintains and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Ø Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Ø Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews.
Ø Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Ø Establish compensation management system and incentive mechanisms, make and distribute the salary, bonus, and welfare.
Ø Organize the performance appraisal work, supervise all departments to implement performance, implement performance management, and set KPI.
Ø Guiding and supporting subsidiaries in the Egypt area to build the team and carry out HR work
Ø Other tasks assigned by HQ or direct report;
Job Qualification :
Ø Experience: Minimum 5 years .
Ø Professional HR knowledge and skills, familiar with Egypt labor law
Ø Responsible and good communication skill
Ø Fluent in English and good skills in office software
