At lease 10 years if relevant experience in managing HR functions, ability to effectively manage the following:

1- Manpower planning and budgeting.

2- Employee relations.

3- Talent acquisition.

4- Compensation & benefits.

5- Employee separation.

6- Training & employee development.

7- Day-to-day personnel operation.

Candidate should have:

Extensive experience in management reporting.

Ability to manage restructuring and transformation process.

Fluency in English is a must.

Preference given for Female candidates.
