Job Description
• We are looking for an experienced IT B2B Tele sales Representative – Lead Generator to contribute in generating sales leads for our company. You will be responsible for opening sales leads over the phone, or any channel and maintaining good customer relationships.
• An effective professional B2B Tele sales Representative – Lead Generator must have superior communication skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone, email, as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.
• The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
• Answering questions about products or the company
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and help in closing sales offers
Job Requirements
• Experience in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity field is a must
• Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
• Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
• Good command of English language
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree is a must
• Experience in Network and Security Network (Firewall) technology will be a plus
