Mechanical Engineering Lead - Worley 

Duties And Responsibilities

• Leads the mechanical engineering team to ensure the project is effectively and technically developed to meet the contracts’ requirements during all project phases – design, installation, testing and commissioning and start-up
• Ensures technical support to the Project Engineering Manager and Project team on issues related to mechanical engineering
• Ensures effective coordination with other Project engineering disciplines
• Represents Project at internal & external meetings on issues related to mechnical engineering

Ensures that review of the technical documentation provided by the mechanical engineering team is correct and according to applicable procedures

Special Job Requirements

• Ability to communicate, influence and persuade in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus

Ability to effectively lead a multicultural team

Experience And Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering on NPP construction projects
