We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Account Manager to help us expand our services. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with existing and potential customers.
Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information or a Request for Proposal
Deliver and present EL-Dokan technologies/ demos/POCs to customers
Build a technical relationship with prospects or existing customers
Provide any technical input needed for proposal preparation.
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Manage clients’ expectations and reporting issues.
Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Prepare reports on account status
Computer Science Bachelor’s degree or equivalent1 or 2 Years of experience in the software industry, e-commerce, e-payment, retail Sector or relevant.Good listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to generate leads, build Pipelines, and sales forecast.Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needsAnalysis & Numerical skills are neededExcellent command of English is a mustBusiness acumen with a problem-solving attitudeDemonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levelProven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details and adherence to deadlinesNatural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
