Go Plus is looking for a IT Specialist
Job Description:
- Check on daily basis the internet connection and the LAN to ensure internet stability for all users.
- Identify tracking system to highlight users who misاخصائى تكنولجuse the internet connection.
- Responsible for all maintenance and resolving any issues for all hardware devices (printers, data-shows, etc.
-Responsible for Firewall system policies regarding each user, track any internal or external threats or spams.
- Create emails for each employee, review emails existing on the server.
- Decide on new laptops specs for new hires after alignment with the HR and the Hiring Manager.
- Responsible for laptop custody forms and ensuring that they are delivered to the DC Department.
- Able to work on the ESXI VMWARE system configuration to solve Internet problems within the company remotely.
Job Requirements :-
-Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
-1-3 years of experience working in IT field.
-Experience with network (LAN, WAN) installation, configuration and analysis.
-Experience in Exchange and office 365
-Excellent communication skills
-Very good research and problem-solving skills
-Flexibility to work a variety of shift
