Chema Group is looking for HR Generalist.
Job Summary
• Screen resumes and job applications.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Reports on hiring progress weekly and monthly.
• Assist with payroll activities on a monthly basis
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
• Manages Human Resources-related cases for example Exit, Leave, Employee Relations
Ideal Profile: -
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Previous experience from 2 to 4 years in Recruitment function
• Relevant Bachelor Degree.
 V.Good command of English
Location: -
- 10th of Ramadan.
