Deli Techno - based in Alexandria - is currently hiring a General Accountant will be responsible for:
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
Assist with reviewing expenses, payroll records, etc. as assigned.
Prepare the monthly / yearly closings.
Maintains general ledger accounts by reconciling accounts receivable detail and control accounts; adjusting entries for amortizations prepaid; accounts payable ledgers; preparing fixed asset depreciation and accruals.
Maintaining the treasury and bank records included the facilities costs.
The ideal candidate must have:
2 - 4 years of experience.
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally
Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
Advanced MS Excel skills
BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
