Osmacom for Steel & Concrete Industries is hiring a Construction Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project as related to both construction works and steel erection in site.
- Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to planning, cost control and the final handover to the end user.
- Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.
- Review man-hours duration and manning forecasts and resource requirements.
- Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance.
- Adhere to the company safety standards and promote safety culture among the ranks throughout the Company.
- Planning project time schedule, budget and resources needed.
- Managing all related site employees (site accountant, technical office, stores, etc.)
- Selecting and leading project teams and stakeholders.
- Reporting regularly on project progress to client and to senior management.
- Making sure that each stage of the project is progressing on time and on budget.
- Following up with all projects steps (Shop Drawing - Manufacturing - Sites - Delivery).
- Evaluates and approves changes that substantially impact the scope, budget, or schedule of a project.

The successful candidate should have:
- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience (Previous experience in both construction and steel erection is a must).
- Typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience especially in industrial construction.
- Holds a PMP certificate.
- Must have intensive experience in sites EH&S ( OSHA Standard )
- Strong project management and people management skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
