Job Description
Go Plus is looking for a Payroll Specialist
Job Description:
-Execute the monthly payroll operations Ensure payroll transactions are registered on the Payroll system.
-Monitor the monthly over time calculation in line with the time attendance system.
-Issue the relevant HR letters for the concerned parties in line with the salary structure.
-Issue the monthly settlements related to the payroll system, Arrange the Banking ATMs procedures for new hires in coordination with finance department.
-Settle down the monthly/ yearly bonus according to the company regulations.
-Update the payroll system with the monthly salary structure and transactions.
Job Requirements :-
-Excellent excel user.
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
-Minimum experience 3-5 Years in payroll is a must.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills.
-Able to deal with different cultures and personalities.
Working Conditions:
Location: #Sheraton
Days off: Friday & Saturday
Working hours: From 9:00 To 6:00
