We are currently looking to hire a Senior Purchasing Specialist (Non-Food) with the below :
*Job Description :
-Receiving the monthly plan from the head of departments according to their needs.
-Responsible for sending the quotations and the selected one of them with the supplying order to the Cost controller.
-Buying the best quality ingredients, equipment, and services for the food operation at the best price.
-Following up with the store to make sure that we received the selected items from our vendors.
-Responsible for PO's issuing.
-Following up with finance to make sure that the check is delivered on time.
-Developing and implementing purchasing strategies.
-Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
-Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
*Job Requirements:
-Minimum 3-5 years in purchasing restaurants' equipment and all non-food items.
-F&B Expereince is a MUST!
-Understanding of supply chain procedures.
-Bachelor's Degree.
-Males Only.
-Strong Negotiation and communication skills.
