Job Description
Marketing Specialist - Blanoia
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI, Conversion rates and KPIs)
- Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising material (e.g. brochures and newsletters)
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning etc.)
- Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
- Monitor competitors’ marketing activities
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Proven experience as marketing specialist, digital marketer or similar role
- Understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
- Understanding of web development tools
- Well-organized and detail oriented
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Media Buying campaigns
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
