- Experience in Recruitment / Personnel / Payroll.
- Knowledge about Compensation and benefits.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration
- Following up the hiring and termination processes and fulfilling its procedures.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate
- Bachelor's Degree
