Job duties
* Follow up on all calls to evaluate the sales representative for different branches
* Track the online leads and coordinate with telemarketing team on their follow ups
* Call the customer to evaluate their purchasing experience and do SSI survey
* Manage all agents reports
* Responsible for data completion for customers in the CRM system
*Manage the free maintenance processes and approvals
Requirements and skills
* 1:2 years of experience
* Good command of Microsoft office
* Communication and negotiation skills
*Good command in the English language
* Presentation skills
