Key responsibilities:
Support HR at clients, and indirectly the Head of Business, by providing market trend, benchmarking roles and skills available, and by supporting the capability planning
Support the relationship with clients, being a cornerstone for building a trusted relationship with clients
Answer all human resources queries posed by clients’ HR management
Assist clients in the development of their human capital, sharing market intelligence on trends
Train and advise HR managers on strategies for recruitment, selection, and interview evaluation procedures
Provide inputs on employee appraisal system, making recommendations (if necessary)
Offer feedback on HR policies in line with latest legislation
Own P&L for assigned client portfolio, and meet budget objectives
Adhere to all Regulatory and Compliance operating procedures
Education & Experience:
10+ years of experience in HR advisory/HR roles in prominent banks.
Bachelor degree in Human resources, Business administration, or related field such as labor relations.
Skill & Knowledge:
Excellent communication and intrapersonal skills
Proven leadership ability
Working experience in/with financial institutions
Knowledge of Egyptian banking sector and employment legislation
Awareness of emerging financial topics (e.g., cyber risk)
Experience in servicing senior counterparties and building trusted relationships
Understanding of risk management, and of working within a compliant environment
Pro-active and self-motivated
Good administrative and organizational skills
Proficiency in English and Arabic (French is a plus)
