Job description:
•Maintaining accurate and up to date records. This will include timely data entry and transactions recording.
 • Prepare entries with supporting documents, and right allocation for approval by the chief accountant.
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile transactions, enter transactions to Software.
 • Produce error-free accounting reports
 • Recording and preparing financial reports.
• Cash in/out transactions and cash settlement and supporting documents.
• Compute Taxes and prepare tax returns.
 • Banks transactions follow-up. Cleared checks, check books renewal, and bank fees base revision.
• Comply with financial policies and regulation.
• Assist in accounts closure, monthly, and annually.
• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process
• Audit financial transactions and documents.
 • Other duties as assigned.  
Qualifications:
·      Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specially Word, Excel and ERP system.
·      Excellent time management skills
Excellent Communication skills.
Previous experience in Accounting
Accounting studies or certificates are an advantage.
Strong attention to details and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
Good organizational skills.
