• Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Manage, develop, support and assess staff to provide high level of service.
• Handle major customer problems to propose permanent solution.
• Propose tools to maintain and enhance company image.
• Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. Analyzing the sales figures to be always updated on the performance and to be able to put a plan on how to achieve the target.
• Coordinating with the other departments for the major complaints to ensure the
• satisfaction of the customer’s needs.
• Coaching the sales reps on how to introduce new plans to customers to meet sales targets.
• Delegated with Ass. Sales Manager tasks during his annual leave.
* Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree is a must
• Proven experience in retail at least 2 years
• E-Payment background is must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
